The page is a collection of student facing resources aimed at supporting the transition to the new forms of online assessments, specifically, detailing key information about SFAs & TCAs, with student advice on how to best prepare for them. Additionally, there are videos on the new processes for Extenuating Circumstances and a reminder of the rules around Academic Offences. Video Based Learning Toolkit

The Video Based Learning Toolkit project aims to help highlight how to support a dynamic technologically-enhanced teaching and learning environment at Lincoln where video based learning practices are commonplace.

The LALT blog has an introduction to the project and three accessible toolkits for flipped and video based learning, produced using Microsoft Sway.

LinkedIn Learning provides access to thousands of video learning resources covering a wide range of topics.

There are several courses which support the delivering of online teaching or working remotely. LinkedIn Learning has a wide range of online courses available, here are some examples you may find useful.


Learning To Teach Online

This course is designed to help corporate trainers and teachers update their skill sets to teach effectively online. Staff author Oliver Schinkten draws the connections between high-quality instruction and online education. He provides a framework for creating a digital classroom and guidance to get students interacting with the course material, the instructor, and each other.

Digital Learning Recipes

The Digital Learning Recipes provide real examples of academic teaching practice within the University and are shared here to inform and inspire practical digital solutions to pedagogical challenges either online or through blended learning.

The recipes offer teaching, learning and assessment activities under the categories of Acquisition, Investigation, Discussion, Collaboration, Production and Practice, showcasing examples from different Colleges throughout the University.  These categories are based on those used within the ABC Curriculum Design Workshops(opens in a new tab), informed by Diana Laurillard’s Conversational Framework.
